Promoter
The prize draw is promoted by the Floods and Droughts Research Infrastructure (FDRI) programme.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees directly involved in the administration of the prize draw and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the FDRI survey and provide a valid email address if they wish to be included in the prize draw. Only one entry per person will be accepted. No purchase is necessary.
Prize
One winner will receive a £50 Marks & Spencer voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
Closing Date
Entries must be received by 23:59 on 01/10/26. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data Protection
Personal data provided for the prize draw will be used only to administer the draw and contact the winner. Survey responses and contact details will be kept separate where practicable. Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection law, will not be used for marketing without separate consent, and will be deleted when no longer required for the administration of the draw. Liability
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason beyond its reasonable control.
General
By entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
