As part of our development of the Floods and Droughts Research Infrastructure (FDRI) digital offering, in April 2026, we held an interactive feedback session with key users on gridded time series datasets and notebooks to aid access.

These findings will directly inform the next phase of our work on the provision of gridded data and notebook-based access. Priorities include refining notebook design based on user feedback, expanding Zarr support and building a community resource for shared notebooks. Further engagement opportunities will be made available through the FDRI newsletter and website.
